how much life do you have with drillneck oriented gear?
I have 32000 dps without any frenzy charges, any charges really...just ice golem. And my aps is slow as shit. under 2.5.
My life is 4.445. I am only lvl 87.

Since there's already 384 pages i was wondering if someone made a guide to purchasing lower level gear for 1 chaos each item or something similar.(like for level 30 and , 45, 60 or maybe items you should gradually buy that will help a lot.)

Thanks for the guide man, 81 in Tempest and loving it, just a question to anyone, would getting from a 50% crit chance + 280 pdps to a 75% with 305pdps be a big upgrade ? Thinking of investing but those are kinda expensive, will the upgrade really be noticeable? I'm pretty sure it's big, not really sure how much tho ^^'

I crafted a Harbinger with mediocre DPS, but it boosts my TS crit to 45%



I have this 380 DPS beast of a bow...but my TS crit is only 24%

Use the Harbinger! The more crit the merrier, this is a crit-based build! That Harbinger will get you beyond 90s easily.

You just change the GMP and Tshot to SA and Chain. I use PhysTL, WED, PPAD and Faster Attacks. I don't know if Added Fire will give me more DPS instead of Faster Attacks, but it would certainly help with the mana. Not running out of it, but it's refilling too slow. :P With 20/20 all gems you will have more DPS with TShot, but in terms of trash clearing, SA is still far superior. Not using Drillneck, might get it someday.


For Atziri, Tornado Shot + Puncture/Frenzy is still the superior choice. I like Puncture and I'm changing between them to get a different feeling. Vaals die easily from TShot, Trio is easy with the Puncture, just kite and they will kill themselves. I'm still working around Atziri with Puncture or Frenzy. I've done her deathless a couple of times already, while using Puncture.

my life is 4k, with some this jewellery, im using maligaros,rats nest,atziris step, so i could improve life there, but i have 45%evade,40%dodge attacks and 45%dodge spell dmg, with eva flask i have 62%dodge chance....so i dont die so much, im lvl 91

i tried SA-chain in 77lvl map, its good, very good, but i miss my TS with pierce :D for Single dps and AOE, i think drillneck is op still

I have been running this build for quite a while, i have been having a very hard time deciding on what jewels to use (or even use them at all)

Sofar i have been pretty underwhelmed by all available jewels they have a very minor impact on my damage :/

Jewels are amazing, way better than equivalent passive points. You can get a jewel with Life + 3 DPS mods that is equal to >4 passive points. The mods should be pretty self explanatory, but life + crit stats are the most important.

I dunno which mods are suffixes/prefixes yet but I guess the ideal jewel would look like:
+Life
+Crit multi
+Crit chance
+Phys damage (with bows)

I'm actually using projectile damage + physical damage jewels, lot of damage.
