Poll = Your Most and Least Favorite Areas in PoE!

Least Favorite: Sarn Slums.
Reason: The area is to clunky fo the number of time you have to go through it. You enter it the first time and have to find Clarissa, which could be almost anywhere. Then you have to find the Crematorium, which you may or may not have already found while looking for Clarissa. Once you clear that, the area has probably reset; especially if you are like me and try to full clear areas before moving on. So now, you have to re-find the areas you probably already found last time (Marketplace entrance or Sewers entrance) either way, you are going to be running through the area again. I know that this isn't to much more than many other areas (seems liek I go through cross roads and the two areas before the Western forest A LOT), but the layout of the Slums and the total randomization of where stuff spwans makes it really frustrating. I hate the fact that I can spend several minutes going through the area killing stuff, only to find out it was the wrong way, and now the entire way back there is nothing to kill...total waste of time IMO.

Most Favorite: City of Sarn
Reason: I think it offers a nice balance for everything. The gear is not great, but decent for the time you reach it in it's respective difficulties. Since it is nice and linear, you don't have to hunt for things that you are looking for (strong boxes, corrupted areas, rare mobs, the exit). The monsters offer a good variety in terms of how you need to approach them: There are some ele mobs (skele archers), some ranged mobs (again, skele archers), some in your face, hunt you down and hit you with burst damage (exploding bugs and those weird whirling blades things...im bad at monster names). Plus there is a unique monster that, at least when you encounter him the first itm in each difficulty, provides a challenge for players. All in all, the area allows you to grind for XP and get gives the chance for decent gear (for the level) at the same time, and still provides enough variety that it isn't mindlessly boring.

Favorite:
Archives - I love the giant library/museum look, and I love fighting all the variety of skeletal enemies there, though I would prefer it without the Undying.

Honorable Mentions:
Upper Scepter of God - Has an amazing design, especially with the central machinery and the broken balconies with the rain pouring in. Also, Upper/Lower Secpter have a very good variety of enemies that challenge a wide variety of builds.
Solaris Temple - Was probably my favorite area before Act3X, I love the pristine look, the enemies fit the theme well, and the music is awesome.
Lunaris Temple - Great dark and gruesome tile set, and a fantastic contrast to Solaris.
Ship Graveyard - While the terrain could be a little more interesting, I love all the broken ship hulls scattered about, and the enemies are very fitting, though a higher Corsair count (especially on Normal) would be welcome.

Least Favorite:
Sewers - Used too often with too little variance between the levels (not enough unique set pieces to set them apart). Benefited the most from Invasion due to overabundance of Undying that, like the sewers they inhabit, don't have enough variety.

Unhonorable Mentions:
Wetlands - Fast moving snakes and intermittent patches of trees give me more sync issues than usual, and Oak can be an annoyingly long fight. I usually try to get through here ASAP, which is a shame because that means I usually skip the Dread Thicket (which I enjoy).
Docks - I hate to put this here, but I can't imagine the only import/export of Sarn is stone/marble slabs. More variety of goods would be very welcome here.
Coves - While I don't burst through here as often as I used to, it can be an annoying zone, especially with those Gulls (oh, look, I can see a corpse on Tidal Island, let me run three wide circles before running over there at warp 10 so I can spew corpses 17 miles).
Favourite:
Lunaris Temple Level 3

Least:
The Coves - Not particularly hard but ughhh..
Favorite: Mountain Ledge Map

Least Favorite: - Imperial Gardens & Upper Sceptre/Dom (single digit FPS in both)
Noblesse oblige
Favorite: Scepter of God
Least favorite: Ledge

Apparently everyone here likes the game easy; with me, the opposite. (I can respect Solaris Temple votes, however; the music is great.)

edit: I also think the ambiance/looks/sound of Lunaris 3 is amazing.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Favourite: Tidal Island
It's like a circular Ledge but some levels higher; good place to start collecting stuff for Chaos Recipe and the very first area for maps to drop. I usually spend several hours per char there leveling and gearing up.

This!
I've seen people travel east, I've seen them go west.
Never have I seen so many monsters.
Most:The Climb
Least:Sceptre of God
Most, Probably Ledge (love ledge farming ledge the game needs more zones like it) closely followed by Solaris( love the contrast with the rest o AIII)
Least
Hedge Maze, just skip that quest now
Favorite - lunaris
Least - sceptre

Lunaris because its streamline and fast moving and at the same time packed with mobs.

Sceptre because from top to bottom the mobs are aweful. Shitty for ranged shitty for aoe pretty much stuck killing tiny pack of bullshit and opening doors. Also dominus difficulty is nuts for a player 1st time in merc he is scaled 10x every other encounter while that isnt the case in norm/cruel.
