So I have been using Bane to clear content, Bane+ED on high life targets, and Contagion+ED on Timeless Monoliths. Its been working pretty good for me so far. Here is my PoB.
https://pastebin.com/MQb3gNiS By no means is it perfect, but I'm on t10 maps so far with the only problem being those red clouds. I have only consciously changed 2 things from the build, any other change is that I haven't gotten there yet. Here are my changes right now -I kept the area nodes and added IncAOE to Contagion. It has gotten my Contagion AoE Radius to 30...which has been nice, I kinda want to try and get it bigger, but everything else seems rather minor increases for a lot of investment. -The reason I'm doing a Combination of all three is that I don't have a curse out when I am Contagion+Ed on the Legion targets. Profane Bloom doesn't proc then stopping the chain. Currently sitting on 7k ES with the only item that cost more than an exalt was the Presence of Chayula. Saving to do the crafts on my bow. I just got enough for Multimod, now to decide if I want to find a crafter or not. I hate crafting services, always feels so sketch.... Question though: With all the faster Recharge start we are getting, why don't we get Wicked Ward for 2 more points? |

" Spiritual Aid node at the end of that long minion damage changes causes increases in minion damage to apply to you as well. Those nodes are being taken purely for the damage. |

Hey folks,
I know next to nothing about Occultist and I'm having some trouble right now. I come from Cyclone, so I had some Currency I could spend on levelling gear. I'm currently in A7 and die from time to time (around 5 deaths so far). The main problem is that I picked up all the ES nodes from the tree and got some ES gear (1k HP, 1.3k ES right now), but when I get hit by mobs my ES won't start recharging or stop if it did. So after having a look at how the passive tree will be, I thought I'll just stick to the ES gear and get Wicked Ward earlier. I also have the currency to get a 6L bow (or rather the cards for it). I could use that for Bane and craft some stuff on it and put ED in a 5L Shavronne and swap it later when I crafted the endgame stuff on the bow. I also got the quiver for flat ES and faster recharge. Do you think this is a viable way to go or should I just get life gear, get to maps and save for something bigger? Sorry if those questions are noob but Occultist plays really different to my last leagues Soulrend Trickster and the Cyclone Scion I had in Incursion. Also my character is public, if someone wants to take a look. Thanks a lot for your help! |

Anybody know how the "deal damage over time 10-15% faster while affected by Malevolence" works? Is this essentially reduced skill duration but only for dots or is it effectively more ticks in the same duration? Thanks

" There was a free craft service I used last league, he has a thread somewhere in the forums. It was really absolutely free, although I tipped him. He does it because he doesn't like the new crafting system where it is incredibly hard to find all the recipes you need by yourself. I also used TreeOfDead once last league, absolutely trustworthy and many references, but not free. problem is no protect from physical dmg no imortal cal setup in lowlife :/ die alot from those moobs whit spers after i kill them
