Minion Instability and Anger?

I was just curious as to whether these abilities would stack together?
MINION INSTABILITY: Minions explode when reduced to low life, dealing 33% of their maximum life as fire damage to surrounding enemies ANGER: Casts an aura that adds fire damage to the attacks of you and your allies. |

The explosion from Minion Instability is not an Attack.

Ok thanks, I was just confused with the fire damage tool tip. My next question would be that if I had gotten Avatar of Fire would that convert the minion damage into fire which would then be increased by Anger?

You have Avatar of Fire - your Minions do not.
