I saw that live on the stream last night.

If you think is OP, watch when he takes it into the PvP Arena... he's squashin dudes left and right before they can get a shot off in some cases.

I love Kripp but somethin tells me he's gonna be getting a lot of powers / builds nerfed :(

That video of his build, he seems a bit.. slow, whereas kripp is literally constantly jumping, rather than using other spells.

He's stomping fellshrine, such a feat.

He probably gets raped by chaos damage, I don't think it's viable in any chaos damage area.

Watched him do this on stream as well. I wouldn't want to play the build but it was classic kripp to devise something so bizarre and have it work. Kripp has been a great ambassador for PoE. Good times!

I did a similar build, though I'd love to know how he got so much freaking attack speed!

That said, he should probably go CI, 700 life means he's condemned to farming Fellshrine for the next 40+ levels :P plus, he can use the more melee damage on full life gem.

Leaving Kripp aside, just a comment about the skill combination.

Basically what you have here is faster attacks connected to a skill + haste aura and blood rage, while keeping the character on low life. This is a pretty basic and obvious combination that results in blindingly fast attack speeds on any given skill, in this case leap slam. The problem with it however, is maintaining the low life and actually not die in seconds when the content matches your level and/or chaos dmg. The build you see in the video is miles away from being viable.

This is why the shadow in the previous linked thread is not benefiting from the bonus of low life blood rage and using CI instead, because the downside of being seconds from death all the time is simply too much when doing hard maps.

It is possible to pull off such a build with massive amounts of life regeneration, fecund mods on all gear pieces(maybe kaoms some day), very careful skill tree planning and overall great gear. I wouldn't worry about it being nerfed, it is a super powerful combination that is at the same time very expensive in terms of playtime to make work. Builds like this should be there to reward consistent players.
