Skin Transfer, Bought transaction but doesn't work

" The skin transfer works by applying the microtransaction to an item which destroys that item and takes it's "look". Once you have the skin or "look" you want, then you use that transaction on a different item to give that item the look of the transaction you used. Which part of the process is not working for you? |

check your micro-transaction stash, which I'd the green $ button or the 'm' key on default bindings.
