Increased physical damage per quality on wands?
I can't see the reason for this.
Wand is a caster weapon, and increased cast speed or spell damage would make more sense. |

Wands are also a great source of damage. Some of the highest dps characters are elemental wand templars or physical wanders. It makes perfect sense.

You know... every wand I've ever had in real life came with +% spell damage. This game should be more like real life.

I know wands are used as melee weapons as well but giving them physical damage will not do any good for casters.
My cast speed and spell damage are probably pretty bad examples as well. How about giving + global critical strike chance or multiplier. Every build will benefit from that. Just take other weapons and armours. Quality gives ES, evasion, armour ratings, which every build will benefit. Melee weapons and bows too. Quality gives more physical damage which is the main purpose of that weapon type. |
