UI: Passive Skills respecialization

Hello,
I think I may have found bug.

I have tried to change the very early route of my Warrior from bonus to armor and life regen to bonus to melee damage.

I have went to the Hooded One, asked for refund passives and since I couldn't just select non-leaf passives I have removed the leaf ones until I had enough to add the second route. I have selected the increased melee damage route and then removed the old route.

It all looked good until I clicked confirm button. It looked like the button doesn't work, the cost was not paid from my gold purse and yet I end up with what seems to be the desired passives tree but it was just an illusion. After logout/login I see it wasn't applied.

Looks like changes in client UI were applied prior validation.
