Crash issue

Hello Support Team,
I am reaching out to report a recurring crash issue while playing Path of Exile 2.
The game consistently crashes during gameplay, making it difficult to progress or play for extended periods. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
Switching the renderer
Adjusting graphics quality settings (both higher and lower)
Performing a full reinstall of the game
Despite these efforts, the issue persists.
Additionally, I have noticed that other players seem to be experiencing similar problems, as there are multiple discussions online reporting crashes under different conditions. This suggests the issue may not be isolated.
I would appreciate any guidance, known fixes, or further troubleshooting steps you can provide to resolve this problem.
