Getting infinite loading screens after patch 0.4.0f

I'm getting a lot of infinite loading screens after patch 0.4.0f was released.

- While picking a character from the character selection screen (not creating a new one), happened several times;
- While entering a map, happened maybe two times;
- When entering the Vaal Temple from a map, happened several times (had to kill the process and re-open poe2 4 times just now to get inside the temple, which prompted this post).

I did internet checks and packet loss tests and they seem fine-ish (5% loss at the worst, most of the time it's 0%). I guess it could be a bug, my ISP and/or internet route fucking up or maybe overloading.

Didn't post as a bug report because I'm not sure it's a bug or not.
