Levels rolled back and map progress locked out - Game server lost contact with realm

Cleared an untainted paradise but before I ported back to base, I got disconnected with "Game server lost contact with the realm"

When I relogged: my character is rolled back 5 levels from 83 to 78, my only untainted paradise is marked as failed, my waystone is gone (I checked my inventory and the map device)

Attached image is proof of hitting 83, completing the map, being 78 after, and the map marked failed.
