Soul Core room in Temple - still bugs out

Alchemy Lab Tier 3 - this room needs a fail safe. It repeatedly bugs out and can not be completed. This last time it looked like one of the "unchained" jumped and went under the room, and could not be killed, preventing the completion. Super frustrating - I just finished my temple, 100+ hours of grinding, and what would have been my first full run, aborted due to this bug. Please add a failsafe for this room.
