Lore Mount Bug – Character stuck in mounted state (skills unusable)

I am experiencing the Lore Mount Bug in Path of Exile 2.

My character appears to be dismounted, but the server still treats me as mounted.
Because of this, some skills such as Herald of Thunder and Wind Dancer are red and cannot be used.
Only Herald of Ash works normally.

I have tried the following but the issue did not resolve:
- /resetinstances
- Changing areas and towns
- Logging out to character select
- Mounting and dismounting again
- Reinstalling the game
- Moving to other instances

It seems the mount state flag is stuck on the server side.
Could you please reset or fix the character state?
