Vaal Temple bug Sacrificial Chamber

Hi everyone, I ran into this problem: after I leveled up the Sacrificial Chamber to level 2, updated the vaal temp, and removed it with the cannibalism mechanic, this room stopped dropping. I've played through the location 100+ times and it hasn't dropped a single time.
I've spent over 16 days now, and it hasn't appeared once, not at the beginning, not as a medallion.
Email support couldn't help. I thought a server restart would reset the cache, but even after minor updates, nothing helped.
P.S. When I close each room, the following message appears:
[String format error: argument index out of range ORIGINAL TEXT{0}].

I understand the database thinks I have it because the next time I tried, I had two cannibalism medallions at the same time, but the tile itself was gone.


Are there any options on how to solve this problem without creating a new character and leveling it up again?
