Cannot sell items via Ange and possibility of missing sales

Basically, I tried lowering the price of an item and it wouldn't let me. An update now is that after I relogged, I could list normally again. Still, it was weird because it was the first time it happened to me.

I have a hunch that it is linked to probably missing sales. Yesterday, I had a couple of items sold. I was able to retrieve the divs at first but I think the divs for the latter ones never appeared. I think I haven't collected the divs from the ring I sold (Sol Whorl Prismatic Ring) and maybe the Shackles of the Wretched Aged Cuffs. Also, it was weird that I couldn't refresh the trade history in the website for several hours. I thought there was an existing bug that was being fixed that time but it seems that I am alone in this... Maybe a banned person bought my items which affected my account? I don't know. Please check.
