1 WEAPON,2 SKILLS SET ON MERCENERY WITCH HUNTER TOTALLY BUGGED?

Hello guys, please help me:

I recently created a mercenary witch hunter, i really liked the char, following a verified youtuber build, when i finally bought all my skills and items i started finalizing the char and problems occured, i try to play with the same weapon 2 separate skill sets, i follows the instructions how to do it with right click to lock the I, II weapon caps, my skills don't work at all, when i separate the skill sets, when i play with 1 weapon , i skill set all good, i read on forum that at the past same problem occured, can you fix it ?
