Stash Tab Dropdown Bug - Won't Stay Hidden

The dropdown that shows each stash tab in a folder in a vertical list keeps reappearing, I hit the unlock button, lock it, no matter how I dismiss it, whenever I come back to my hideout or town and open that folder, it's back.

It was not like this before, and it's annoying, please fix.
