Rakiata's Flow problem

Hi,

Rakiata's Flow should be completely removed from the game, including any gems that players already have.
This support gem breaks your own rule that there shouldn't be any gems or items that are so powerful that they fit every build. It also kind of breaks physical damage because there is no support that reverses armour with no additional conditions — no armour break, nothing — just reverse.

Even adding a regular support gem that is less powerful than Rakiata's Flow, such as a resistance nullifier, would be too weak in comparison.
