Controller not be able to open menu while death

I kill the boss but got killed from boss death effect while pc player can open menu and invite friend console can’t all controll input lock except X button (seriously?) I can’t even accept party request while PC can. I don’t know if this intentional or not but if PC can but console player can’t this put us in very disadvantage. Please fix this.
