I cant get into kingsmarch i just stuck on the bridge right before you can enter im on coop

I play with my dad on couch coop ever since the 4th act came out we just cant play it at all every time we go to kingsmarch i just get locked out at the bridge its only player 1 too. we try the waypoint nope back to the farm spot where you first come in. try to use a portal, the portal disappears and were back at the same spot were you come in. ive made 3 bug reports since its came out. i figured out how to do this so im hoping please fix this bug i just want to play with my dad.
