Rare life flask modifier

create a rare modifier for life flasks that provides X life regeneration for X amount of seconds.

instead of only using a flask to top up. It would continue healing when you took damage after fully healing, if you took subsequent damage.

I could really use one right now just as insurance, playing as a glass cannon lightning mage.
