Evasion/ES Body armor not calculating desecrated modifier

So i desecrated a t1 evasion/es onto my body armor and I was doing all the quality/rune sockets and corrupting a 3rd socket. After all that i only have 1068 evasion and 401 es, but i should have around 1300 evasion and 515 es. Maybe my math is wrong but i feel like i should have more. here's the actual roll
