Another Vessel of Kulemak Bug

Note: i have not scourted the forum to find out if this particular bug had been reported by others, im sure it has, but here we are.

Hello, I have trying to obtain my ascendancy points, and am stuck after killing the first boss. I get the pop up window showing the item and the steal lichs power button, which is not using the standard button gui like the take the finger button.

Here is a screenshot of what i can see. this is the second time i have been here with the same result, i was forced to take the finger the first time and i believe it will have to be the case once more.
