pc Controller+temple Bug very big bug

while using a controller on pc in temple when u try to use a medallion or "sac" room the controller chooses alone what to do whit the medallion and what room to delete !!!!
its a huge bug!
my controller is working fine tested on a second controller same result 3 times!
