Act 4 Excavation Site bug

After the boss fight, you need to go with Makoru and Tavakai to retrieve the Weapon. However if you choose to Respawn at Checkpoint the instance will be bricked and you cannot access the chamber with the Weapon. Which means you cannot progress the story unless you create a new instance.

I thought it was minor glitch happened but no. I did it three times to just check.
