Keystones allocated with controlled metamorphosis cannot be refunded

I allocated Blackflame Covenant with a medium-small controlled metamorphosis diamond and can no longer refund Blackflame covenant.

Another worthy note is that I am an Oracle with the ascendancy passive Entwined Realities allocated.
