Game constantly crashing

%subj%, especially in fat boosted temples. Item filter is set to off almost all excluding some expense currencies and jewels, tablets etc.

No changes observed after today’s patch.
Any modification to the graphics settings results in a crash: the client freezes for approximately 5 minutes and then reports “Deadlock detected.”
Launching the client with --renderer or renderer=... set to any value other than DirectX 12 also triggers a deadlock and causes the client to crash.
