Got kick out from the map losing all investment and event some variable item I collected

I playing a map with fury node and invest with unique tablet so I can play it again I luck got 2 fracturing orb one from monster drop and another one from fury itself and I play it awhile before I got kick out from the game after I log in back map was mark as attempt my fracturing orb have missing only 1 left and I can’t play that map again.

Is there a way to not make the technical error cause player to lose their map and the investment have been done refund the node & tablet?
