​[Feedback] Replace IIR with Gold Find in Mod Pool

In ZiggyD interview with Mark and Jonathan, they mentioned they want to remove Increased Item Rarity (IIR), but need to find a suitable mod for the general mod pool.

I'm suggesting Gold Find is a suitable mod that replaces IIR in general mod pool. Gold Find should be designed to be a simple multiplier for gold dropped by monsters like D2, not replacing loot dropped.

With this change, Gold Rings provide Gold Find instead of IIR.
