Crystallised Immunities not working for Ignite

i had anointed this passive (Crystallized Immunities) onto a necklace to not have to worry about dying to ignite and yet the first boss i have fought with fire killed me with an ignite and ideas why this might be?

Are you weapon swapping?
If crossbow make sure both xbow shots have enough reds socketed, same for other weapons basic attacks.
Also the same goes for any granted skills by weapons.

I anointed that too and it's working, you had the ignite icon?
