Bug during Trial of the sekhemas

When I got through the third trial of the sekhemas, before I selected my ascendency points, I believe it asked me to save my selection (it's been a while), and then took me to the selection screen. I selected the Pathfinder's path of the sorceress, but I don't believe that it gave me the 4 passive skill points, even though it locked in the path of the sorceress. I cannot refund that node either. When I finish the 3rd set of trials, I can still click on the alter of ascendency, but nothing happens when I close out. I believe this is a bug.
