Archon "Exhaust all power" Oracle node not working properly/bad wording

Both crit chance and crit bonus granted by the "Exhaust all power" oracle-only node are counted as increases instead of the added flat the node states. It's either a bug or a bad wording on the passive node.

Here's the screenshot proof. (keep in mind i have increased archon buff effect nodes, but it still matches the stats as if it's counted as "increased" instead of added flat)

I tested with a CoC setup to see if it was just a tooltip bug and if my energy generation would drasticly go up during archon, and it wasn't the case.

The slower archon recovery period is working.
