Problem with GPU?

Recently i have changed my amd 7700xt videocard with nvidia 4070 and the game client behave wierd. Sometimes the screen is going on upper left 1/4 of the screen and the client crash. Reinstalled the drivers, cleaned all, reinstalled again, reinstalled windows and its the same. Any suggestions?

Switch between Vulkan and D3D see how it does.

With Vulkan doesnt even work ... All the others are the same except directX11 wich is worse
