Vaal Temple Crash

I had a vaal temple with a corruption alter which i used and equipped my item again.

Next room the instance crashed.

Upon reloading, the temple was "closed" and i noticed my belt was gone from my character/inventory.

Somewhere between using the alter and the next room or 2 where the game crashed the belt disappeared.
