Temple Randomly Closing on Leave

Party of two, me and my friend were in the temple until I decided to leave so that I could lock the chain.

I interacted with the temple device as soon as it loaded and to my surprise, the temple closed and destabilized deleting days of progress.

I only have two questions:
- Is this a bug?
- and if it is, is it possible for you to roll back the temple?

happened to me twice now. wasted 2 temple runs, just from leaving once after opening. playing with a friend on stream. cant even bring the same temple back up. lost forever and auto close from the new temple console. tried to tp to my friend while they where still in temple to tp the instance that has the open mapped and that doesnt exist. wasted so much time today. annoying
