Repeated Instance Rollback Causing Loss of Endgame Maps & Currency

Hello,

I am reporting a critical server-side issue that has caused multiple instance rollbacks resulting in the complete loss of endgame progress, currency, tablets and dropped items.

This issue currently prevents me from safely playing endgame content.

What happens

-Endgame map is opened normally
-High investment is applied
-During the map, the server disconnects with errors such as:
-Game server lost contact with the realm
-Unable to connect to achievement server

After reconnecting:

-The entire map instance is gone
-All progress inside the map is reset
-All drops inside the map are lost
-All invested items are consumed and not returned
-No XP loss occurs (no character death)
This strongly indicates a server-side rollback, not a player error.

Lost investment (per incident)

-Waystone with ~115–130% Item Rarity
-Abyss Tablet (~20–30 Divine value)
-Unforeseen Consequences (Abyss Tablet): ~20 Annulment Orbs
-Delirium investment (~2–5 Divine)
-Multiple Divine Orb drops
-Omen of Light drops
-Full map progress reset
This has happened more than once.

-League: Fate of the Vaal
-Playtime: 1000+ hours

Why this is not acceptable

I understand that Path of Exile generally does not restore lost items.

However, this case is different:
-No death occurred
-No client crash occurred
-No misuse or exploit occurred
-The loss was caused by server instability

At the moment, continuing to invest currency into endgame content is objectively unsafe.

Request for compensation / resolution

I am therefore explicitly asking for one of the following:
-Reimbursement of the consumed investment (Waystones / Tablets / Currency), or
-An alternative form of compensation (e.g. MTX credit), or
-A clear statement on how affected players are compensated in cases of server-caused instance rollbacks

Losing multiple high-investment maps due to server failure should not be treated the same as normal gameplay loss.

Evidence

I have screenshots showing:
-Disconnect and achievement server errors
-Character and account details
-Map investment before entry
-Empty inventory after rollback

These can be provided if required.

I am a long-time supporter of Path of Exile and want to continue playing endgame content.
Right now, however, server-side rollbacks are causing unavoidable and repeated losses, and I do not see why the full burden should fall on the player.
