[Suggestion] Lesser Blank Runes from Magic & Rare Chests

In the campaign, progression often stalls because players can't find specific resistances or stats they need from RNG rune drops. To fix this, add Lesser Blank Runes to the loot tables for Magic and Rare Chests. This will make opening chests fun.
