Temple Help/question

I dont even know if this is the places for this or if it is even a bug. Had me spy master chain get deleted after killing Adziri. The chain happen to be touching the architect chamber. I locked one of the rooms touching it thinking it wouldn't be an issue when it moves but I guess I was wrong.

I know its late in the league, but if there is anything that can be done great, or confirmation that I just done messed up.
