missing socketed skill - this bug is making me consider never playing this game anymore

I can't recall how many times this bug happened to or to people on my circles anymore.

You change anything on your build and, boom, all your [Cast on]* skills stop working.
I am more than comfortable when it comes to stats and support gem capacity, all well on the positive, but I cannot use any triggered skill anymore, which completely brakes my build.

I was mostly OK spending a few hundreds of divs buying the gems again, as this seems to fix the issue, but now I just bought an item that made me go to ZERO divs.
As soon as I've equipped it, I cannot run my build anymore.

Do you know what this means?
I don't even have the power to buy the gems to fix my build so I can play.

Please, GGG... it has been too long, please fix this bug already!
