Network Ping Spikes

I am often experiencing Network Ping Spikes where for like 1 hour the network part in the setting diagnostics spikes from 24MS up to 12000MS (biggest spike) normally 800MS-4000MS, although other applications like my browser(YouTube), Discord or LOL still work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Started play around 21:00 and having terrible lag spikes 100 - 600 ms too never happened before.

Have the same issues almost every day for the last 2 weeks.
Especially at evening as stated other above. |
