Prolly a bug curses.

Hey I'm playing a Litch and I'm able to stuck up to 3 curses, what I've noticed is that most of time If I apply temporal chain following with enfeeble, the enfeeble wont apply. It works other way around.
Just in case you asking what support am I using
Temporal chain :Heightened curse, Focused curse, Decaying Hex, Efficiency II
Enfeeble: Heightened curse, Focused curse, Magnified area II, Efficiency II
Despair: Heightened curse, Focused curse, Decaying Hex, Efficiency II
I have two talents allowing me to add additional curse. Whispering doom and Incessant Cacophony. Thanks
