Trampletoe Explosions Caused By Totem Kills Aren't Affected By Generic AOE Increases

When you place a Shockwave Totem, and the totem overkills an enemy, and you're wearing Trampletoe boots, an explosion is triggered.

But the AOE of that Trampletoe explosion is not affected by any generic AOE increases, such as an Abyssal Lich with Umbral Souls and Skeletal Arsonists.
