Spymaster main NPC removed from temple after snake loop

Howdy!
I looped on purpose my tample snake, and when I started the run I realized that all spymaster Main NPC are removed from each spymaster room. When I enter room now there is couple mobs there and after kill them it says - Room completed. Can you please investigate?
