game stuck in infinite loading screen to town

after downgrading my amd gpu to 25.8 something becuase everyone told me to roll back
i had a few days of non stop playtime and enjoyed the game
now a few days later i am trying to log back in after i stopped playing in town last day (andura caravan) and i get an infinite loading screen so i cant log in at all. i thought i had fixed everything but nothing seems to work anymore
even deleting the cache files in %appdata% does not help so i am stuck and cant play anymore
