took a 6+ month break from this game and characters progressed are locked

trying to get back into this game and cant play my highest level / progressed player at level 50. last i remembered i needed to go through the time travel portal gateway. the game loaded me into the map bridging between the gate way and the temple utzaal i think. when i loaded in the game said it fully reset my skill tree... fine. then i noticed i cant teleport, i cant use the waypoint, i cant even use gateways. what kind of game is this when you cant progress and pick up where you left of 6 months later even if its just story, not even end game content. i'm about to delete this game and tell everyone i know how much garbage this game is.

I've tried to use the left click + Control button to try to create a new instance. I've tried to party up with other players to get my character out of this instance my character is trapped in. NOTHING is working. When I click on the Way Point or the Gateway or the entrance to Utzaal nothing happens, there is nothing that highlights the mouse over or the character's engagement of those potential map markers for travel. I've logged into a few other characters and I dont have this exact issue, one of the characters the enemies are invisible to me as i'm taking damage and i'm able to kill the mobs but i do not see them on screen. I dont know what is going on with this game but there seems to be a lot of bugs for me especially as a returning player trying to progress with multiple characters on this account that I have invested heavily into it last year, well over $200 into this game with various bundles in the in game microtransaction store.

I've attempted to verify installed files, no errors. i've attempted left click on the play button, game is still bugged. this is stupid. reference #3,526,051,948

What skill do you have selected on your left mouse button? Try "default attack" or "move only".

default attack. wasd are for my movement buttons. someone suggested on STEAM that the instance is no longer available or supported. not sure how true that is. but it sounds like i've lost this character to limbo and have no way of saving the character or the inventory or the armor...
