Bug - Not enough Spirit on weapon Swap ( Still!)

When having Minions and doing weapon swap with 2nd weapon slot not having spirit on it it says not enough spirit to summon desired amount.

I have a scepter in slot one , and wand in slot two with another scepter in offhand for weapon slot 2 off hand.

Workaround for this is swapping Scepter to main hand on weapon slot two , then back to offhand and this will allow summons.

If you change anything in skills panel - you have to redo this as the error comes up again.

This has been ongoing since 0.2 apparently ...
