Nova Projectiles I (not Nova Projectiles II) has no synergy at all for Ball Lightning (a blank shot)

Updated: It seems Ball Lightning (BL) does not have an inherent amount of projectiles it can cast by default other than just 1 Projectile. That really ought to be changed and/or make it so 'Nova Projectiles I' provides at least 4 Projectiles that can be cast so there is a synergy that actually works.

Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect.
