Sacrificial Chamber not appearing in room card pool

Over the past week, I have opened more than 50 temples, and the Sacrificial Chamber has not appeared on the room cards a single time. I am aware that only one Sacrificial Chamber can exist in a temple at any given time. Because of this, I suspect the game may be incorrectly flagging my temple as already containing one, even though it does not, and removing it from the card pool entirely.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue or an unintended bug? I’d like to know before continuing to spend time attempting to obtain it.

Do you have the proper room to attach it to? It needs to be attached to an existing Thaumaturge, Generator or another room I can't remember. If none of those 3 rooms are in your temple, the game is unlikely to give you a Sacrificial Chamber. It may randomly give you one to attach to a path but it's bad rng to wait for that.

Yes, I do have thaumaturge, and I put many rooms on a different chain just to test what makes it appear but non did. I even tried leveling up each room separately to see if it needs a leveled up version of a specific room for it to appear.
