Armour Break 3 not working properly on Shockwave Totem

Hello, I am noticing when slotting Armour Break III into shockwave totem, the skill will apply armour break, but will not however generate any endurance charges at all.

This may be due to the totem doing the armor breaking, not you doing it. It could be intended to work this way.
