Cast on Critical + Weapon Swap

EDIT: Scroll to bottom, it's the weapon swapping that's doing it and other people have reported as such as well in other threads.

I have the necessary spirit, stats, etc. CoC will turn on with the staff, but not Adonia + sceptre. Tried reslotting, taking out supports, etc, it still won't register blizzard (or ele weakness, didn't try other spells) for CoC with the wand.

So decided to play around some and I got it to work, but I had to slot a 0% cast on crit for it to actually work so that seems to be a bug.

Welp, played around some more.

Switched to a 0% quality cast on critical and it went back to working fine. Bought this amulet, and quality (even ephemeral quality) bricks the cast on critical gem (eg even changing out the amulet doesn't fix the coc gem).

Renaming this again, it's caused by weapon swaps. Note it's not an issue if you have 1 weapon and points split in the tree, but only if you actually change weapons.
